Had a meeting recently with a customer at spaces. Service was ok, cleanliness too, but the signage at multiple places in the premises leaves room for improvement.. should I tell them or is that none of my buissness? 😄

PS: Nachtrag, nach deiner Antwort: Du kannst das intern aufheben. Das Schild an der Wand ist urkomisch, aber es ist nicht das einzige in deinem Büro, bei dem die Übersetzung viel Raum für Verbesserungen lässt.

Update zu meiner ursprünglichen Bewertung von Anfang 2023:

From 5 stars to 0 stars. Unfortunately 0 is not possible, in this case 1 star. Where should I start... all of the staff that was there back then is no longer there. The desk I rented has now been moved somewhere else for the second time in the 2-year contract period. The first time I saw it as an upgrade, from the 15th to the 21st floor and a lot more space. Now for the second time, at the beginning of June 2024, as a maximum downgrade. Back to the 15th in a NOT closed room, as it always was before. We are now sitting in the previous co-working space, which was previously considered a quiet room and is accessible to all members in the Spaces. So we were basically downgraded from dedicated desk to co worker, at the same price. Anyone can now come to our desk and theoretically take everything with them or simply work there, even though they don't pay for a dedicated desk. This is just extremely cheeky and impudent. Only because they couldn't fill the 21st floor and closed it.

Seit fast einem Jahr gibt es Probleme mit meinen Rechnungen. Sie sind falsch und höher als das, was ich ursprünglich bezahlt habe. Dann wird mir gesagt, dass der Vertrag laut Hausordnung eine Beitragsanpassung von 3,5 % vorsieht und sie deshalb höher sind. Das wurde bei Vertragsabschluss nicht einmal erwähnt. Mir wurde gesagt, dass mein Vertrag eine Laufzeit von 24 Monaten hat. One Einer der Gründe, warum ich mich für die längere Laufzeit entschieden habe, war, dass ich mir den Preis zu diesem Zeitpunkt sichern wollte. Wie dem auch sei, am Ende habe ich nicht genau hingesehen, mein Fehler. Es sind nur 3,5 % pro Jahr, also nicht die Welt. Aber für mich geht es um die KOMMUNIKATION mit den Kunden. Warum gibt es keine Informationen über diese Anpassung, sondern es steht einfach ein höherer Betrag auf der Rechnung? Und warum hat es ein Jahr gedauert, bis mir das jemand erklärt hat? Generell sprachen die meisten Leute, mit denen ich am Helpdesk sprach, nur gebrochenes Deutsch und hatten das Gefühl, dass sie keine Ahnung hatten, was sie taten. Also Kommunikation mit den Kunden, Transparenz und Service: Könnte nicht schlechter sein.

Rückblick ab Anfang 2023:

Never again Spaces or any other company in the IWG Group. You are on my blacklist of companies that I will never spend a cent with again.

Spaces in Tower ONE is by far the best coworking space I have ever visited. I have been working in coworking spaces for over 2 years now. I've been to coworkings all over the world, from New York and Dubai to Munich, Paris, Milan, Berlin and so on. I really have to say that Spaces Tower One is the overall

Es ist neu, in einem Hochhaus, es hat eine Mega-Terrasse, die Einrichtung ist super hochwertig und schick. Die Lage und Infrastruktur vor Ort könnte nicht besser sein. Messeviertel, direkt neben einem Einkaufszentrum, mehrere Essensmöglichkeiten, U-Bahn, Flughafen 15 Minuten entfernt. Und der Clou: Im selben Hochhaus befindet sich ein Hotel und auf der höchsten Etage, der Dachterrasse, ist die NFT Skybar, die höchste Bar Deutschlands und eine der höchsten und exklusivsten Bars in Europa!

Natürlich ist auch hier nicht alles perfekt: Die Eröffnung hat sich um ein paar Monate verzögert, am Anfang gab es nicht so viele Möbel und es war unfertig. Jetzt ist es fertig und wie du auf den Bildern sehen kannst, sieht es toll aus 😍.

Das WiFi ist schnell, könnte aber schneller sein. Leider waren nur Router mit WiFi 5 (ac) installiert und keine modernen WiFi 6 oder gar WiFi 6E Router. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau, und du hast immer und überall mindestens 200 Mbit/s auf deinem Gerät.

Die Atmosphäre ist familiär, es finden coole Events statt und das Team vor Ort, Aleks und Sam, sind super hilfsbereit und geben immer ihr Bestes.

This office space is all you can wish for. Stunning view with skyline feeling in the heart of Frankfurt, beautifully decorated and bright open workspace where you can get quiet work done AND connect with highly ambitious community peers. The place is fantastically managed by two true community builders Aleks and Sam who ALWAYS go the extra mile not only for community members but also their guests. I have visited other Spaces locations in multiple cities in Germany but the experience in this one is truly spectacular. Highly recommended!
