Ich kann dieses Zentrum nur empfehlen. Die Centerleitung, Frau Majoros, ist sehr kompetent und serviceorientiert! Mit dem Service steigt und ein Unternehmen fehlt. Hier ist alles in Ordnung!

I decided to rent an office at REGUS on Moosacher Straße for a month. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a number of issues that I would like to share with potential customers. After the first month, my rent was unexpectedly debited for a second month, even though I hadn't intended this. Attempts to clarify this matter with the sales manager, who was originally very keen to sell and who had only made the agreement with us to rent for 1 month, were unsuccessful because he was suddenly unavailable (there was no response to callback requests).

Erst nach mehreren Versuchen, den zentralen Kundenservice zu kontaktieren, erhielt ich einen Rückruf. Zu meiner Enttäuschung sagte man mir, dass man sich nicht an die ursprüngliche Vereinbarung erinnern könne und verwies mich darauf, die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen zu lesen.

Based on my experience, I advise others to be very careful when considering renting an office from REGUS. It is crucial to put all agreements with the sales manager in writing, as my experience shows that promises and verbal commitments are not kept. It appears that customers could be lured into a contractual trap, making for a disappointing experience.

I will no longer consider REGUS as an office option in the future.
