It seems to me that there is no need to make any effort here. The booked room was unheated when we arrived, WiFi password has to be asked, coffee has to be paid extra. Nice contact and very centrally located. With a little more attention to detail (and to the customer) it would be a great shop.

They have nice desks. The wifi is decent too and the place looks very cool. Downsides: somehow there was no tea, had to bring my own?? Also, it could use more quiet places where you can have a phone call while not bothering other people.

Very nice offices surrounded by great industrial charm. The staff are very friendly and helpful. 100% recommendation.

Advantages: Flexible pricing models (e.g. for occasional use) and good workplace furnishings (standing tables).

Disadvantages: everything is furnished in a very minimalist way, cleaning is done quite rarely and the kitchen equipment leaves a lot to be desired (if you miss your shared kitchen, you will find it here ;-)). The two women who are responsible for the "reception" are rarely there and don't feel responsible for anything else. The food on offer in the house is a disaster and the options in the area are very clear.

In the end, for me the disadvantages clearly outweigh the disadvantages. It's a shame, more could have been done with the location.

Neonworx in the Mitte power plant

The landlord responds well to needs and wishes! Very friendly, unobtrusive, helpful interaction among users, focused and relaxed working atmosphere. Beautiful and genuine factory atmosphere, height-adjustable tables, communal coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, in-house café-restaurant. Bakery, supermarket and all urban transport can be reached in 7 minutes.

Personally, I always find it a bit fresh - but it's purely a subjective matter of taste.
